The Rue Lauriston assets comprise two adjacent vacant properties located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris’ central business district, near the Trocadero and Arc de Triomphe. The properties were acquired off-market from a private individual.
The assets provide the potential to develop a Grade A office building. At the time of acquisition, vacancy rates in Paris’ central business district are approximately 4% and the supply for Grade A office space is constrained.
The business plan is to redevelop the two vacant properties into a single prime office building of approximately 6,000 square meters.
