It is a pleasure to announce that EQT, for the fifth consecutive year, has published its RI Transparency Report according to the PRI Reporting Framework.
EQT is a strong promoter of responsible investment and ownership practices and increased transparency in the private equity and financial industry. As the first Nordic private equity firm, EQT became a signatory to the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) Initiative in December 2010. As a signatory, it is mandatory to report on its progress towards implementing the six Principles for Responsible Investment. This year EQT reports to a total of five modules: Organizational Overview, Strategy and Governance, Direct – Fixed Income, Direct – Private Equity and Direct – Infrastructure. EQT, being a strong promoter of transparency, has decided to make all its responses in the report publicly available, just like in previous years.

About the PRI
The PRI is the world’s leading proponent of responsible investment. It works to understand the investment implications of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and to support its international network of investor signatories in incorporating these factors into their investment and ownership decisions. The PRI acts in the long-term interests of its signatories, of the financial markets and economies in which they operate and ultimately of the environment and society as a whole. The PRI was initiated in 2005 and since then the number of investment managers, asset owners and service providers being signatories has grown from 100 to over 1,800.
